What is Daily Note?
Daily Note is Kaymbu's companion app that enables teachers to send electronic daily sheets to parents. Used extensively in Infant and Toddler classrooms, Daily Note eliminates reams of paper and countless hours spent writing notes by hand. Parents receive a beautiful email message delivered directly to their inbox with a clear, itemized log of their child's daily activities.

Accessing Daily Note
Daily Note is a separate app from Kaymbu. Teachers can access Daily Note by downloading from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store and Administrators can access the Daily Note Report through Kaymbu.
Accessing Daily Note for Teachers
- Download and open the Daily Note app
- Enter the same email and password you use for Kaymbu or COR Advantage
- Your classroom roster will automatically be synced
Accessing Daily Note for Administrators
Administrators can only access the Daily Note app if they are set up as a Teacher or if they are a Dynamic User connected to a classroom. For more information and to learn how to create Dynamic Users, click here.
Administrators have access to the Daily Note Report, which has all Daily Note activities recorded by student, date, and activity type.
Daily Note Activities
Daily Note allows users to log and add notes to 12 different activities for all of the students in their roster.
Once all activities have been logged and teachers are comfortable sending out the Daily Notes, they can either choose to bulk send or individually send the notes.

Daily Note Report
The Daily Note Report collects all the information gathered in the Daily Note app. This report is easily accessible for Teachers and Administrators and can be sorted by student, date range, or activity.
To access the Daily Note Report, go to Menu > Reports > Daily Note. If you have COR Advantage, your Daily Note Report is stored under Reports > Administration Reports.
