As the holiday season approaches, we want to share some important information about our help desk availability. Whatever your program's schedule is over the next few weeks, our team will be available to provide assistance with our system if needed!
💻 Holiday Support (December 24 – January 1)
- Our help desk will be operating at a reduced capacity.
- There will be no phone support during this time.
- Emails sent to help@kaymbu.com will be reviewed and responded to, and staff will be available to address urgent issues promptly.
