Whether you are using the Kaymbu app or accessing the Kaymbu website, the sign-in and sign-out process is the same! 

How do I log in?

Users can log in to their Kaymbu account through the Kaymbu app on a tablet or mobile device, or through the website my.kaymbu.com. Signing in is an easy, two-step process: First, you will log in with the email address associated with your account. Then, you will be prompted to enter your password. Once a password has been entered, select “Sign In” to access your account.

Additionally, users have the option to log in and navigate the Kaymbu platform in Spanish or French! To choose an alternate language, you can do so from the log-in page by clicking on the “English” drop-down box on the top-right corner of the page and selecting the preferred language. Once a language has been selected, you can proceed with the login process.

How do I log out?

From the Menu, you'll want to choose the "Logout" option at the very bottom of the screen. If you can't see this option, make sure to scroll all the way down! 

It is important to note that you will remain logged in to your Kaymbu account unless you manually choose to log out of the program. This is extremely helpful when using the Kaymbu app on a tablet or phone, as you never have to waste time logging in and out of your account. However, if you are ever working on a shared device, it is important to ensure that you log out in order to secure your private information.
