Daily Note Report
Particularly useful for infant and toddler classrooms, Daily Note allows teachers to send notes to parents quickly and easily. With a few simple taps, you can track nap times and meals, log various activities and keep families updated on needed supplies. You can learn more about this in the article, How to Log and Send Activities in Daily Note. The Daily Note Report collects all the information gathered in the Daily Note app and makes it easily accessible in Kaymbu's reports. The Daily Note report can be sorted by the student, date range, or activities or quickly downloaded by selecting the download icon in the top right corner.
The Attendance Report tracks check-ins and check-outs from the Daily Note app. This report shows the date, student, the status of absent or present followed by the time and staff member who checked in and checked out the student. The last column includes the total time the student was present for that particular day. Teachers and Administrators can choose to filter by students and date and also use the attendance filter to sort the students that were present or absent. This report can also be downloaded by selecting the download icon in the top right.
