Staff Development Reports can help administrators track system usage for professional development and user tracking purposes.
Observation by Teacher Report
The Observations by Teacher Report shows all observations, along with items and scores, published by each teacher, with the most recent observations appearing first. The information can be filtered and printed to assist with training and development.
By default, the report shows all observations published in the entities you have access to. You can use the “Teachers & Students” filter to look at observations for a particular subset of teachers and/or students, whether it be an organization, center, classroom, teacher, student, or combination of those groups.
The “Tags” filter allows you to look at view observations connected to a subset of the COR Advantage categories or items, while the “Date” filter pulls observations from a specific date range.
Clicking on a specific row will open the detailed view of the observation, which you can then edit.
You can print this report by clicking the Printer icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
System Usage Report
In Menu > Reports, you will find the Engagement Report, which tracks observations by classroom and by student. This is a great tool for tracking usage within your program!
Use the student and date filters to find specific data, and click the Download icon to export the data to your device!
Completion Report
The COR Advantage Reports page has two completion reports: Student Completion and Classroom Completion.
Student Completion
The student completion report shows the completion data for all of the students that currently exist in a particular classroom. Teachers can use this report to see the completion history of students who have been moved into their classroom mid-year.
Classroom Completion
Classroom Completion is only available to those with administrator access to the COR Advantage system. This report shows the percentage of assessment items observed for all students in an Organization, Center or Classroom. When an assessment period is locked, a snapshot of the completion percentage is taken at that time such that it will not change in the future if students are added or removed from a classroom. This report is intended to help administrators track completion goals for their programs.
In the top right corner of both reports, you'll see download and print icons. You can select either of those to export the information currently displayed on the screen.
