The first step when accessing the ASQ feature in Kaymbu is to create screening groups. By creating these groups, students can then be assigned, and questionnaire settings can be managed.
High-level users, such as directors or administrators, will have access to and can monitor screening groups across all classrooms within their organizations and/or centers, while teachers can create and monitor screening groups for their particular homeroom.
How to Assign Screening Groups:
- Navigate to Menu > ASQ
- High-level users, such as directors or administrators, will need to dial into the specific organization > center > classroom.
- At the classroom level, select “Create New Group” to create a screening group
- Enter the screening group name, select the applicable children, then select “Create New Screening Group”
- Note: Children must be assigned to the classroom (via the Roster) in order to create a screening group
Once a screening group has been created, the ASQ Dashboard will populate. If needed, multiple screening groups can be created within a classroom.
- To create an additional screening group, click on the green plus button at the bottom of the ASQ Dashboard.
When multiple screening groups are created within a classroom, users can switch between groups by clicking the drop-down arrow next to the group name at the top of the page.
