The ASQ Family Report compiles responses from the Teacher Questionnaire and Family Questionnaire into a student-specific report that can be easily shared with families. The Family Report is automatically generated upon completion of the questionnaire and includes scores for each developmental category, as well as recommended activities to promote the child's continued growth and development.

Accessing the ASQ Family Report

The ASQ Family Report is accessible to users from the Kaymbu app on their device or from the website my.kaymbu.com. 

To view the ASQ Family Report, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to Menu > ASQ 
• At the classroom level, click into a student’s profile from the ASQ Dashboard
• Select “View Family Report” at the top of the student’s profile
  • Please note that the ASQ Family Report is generated only when a questionnaire is marked as complete. For more information on tracking ASQ student completion, click here.

Viewing the ASQ Family Report

The header of the ASQ Family Report contains information on the student and the questionnaire. This includes the child's name, profile picture, respondent information, classroom name, and ASQ completion date. 

The ASQ Skills section of the Family Report provides the child's scores across the five developmental domains. The scores are derived from the questionnaire responses and are compared with developmental benchmarks. These scores help to identify strengths and areas where additional support may be needed. 

• If the Teacher and Family Questionnaire has been completed, both scores will be compared.

The main section of the ASQ Family Report is organized by developmental category. For each category, families are provided with recommended activities to promote continued growth and learning for their child.

Sharing the ASQ Family Report

Users can easily share the ASQ Family Report with families directly from the child’s ASQ profile. 

To email or export the ASQ Family Report, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to Menu > ASQ 
• At the classroom level, click into a student’s profile from the ASQ Dashboard
• Select “View Family Report” at the top of the student’s profile

• To send or download/print the ASQ Family Report, click on the respective icons at the top of the ASQ Family Report.
