Overview of System Usage Report
The System Usage report displays how many Moments and Students are in each of your classrooms. As an administrator, this report will show you a list of your centers and classrooms along with how many observations have been published per entity and the number of students in each entity. Because you can set up a date and student filter for this report, the System Usage Report can be helpful for setting goals for publishing a certain number of observations within a certain time period. If you and your teachers set a weekly goal to publish a certain number of observations per week, this report would enable administrators and teachers to quickly and easily see who is meeting the goal and who may need additional support.
