ASQ-3 Screening Status Summary Overview

Accessing the ASQ-3 Screening Status Summary Report

The ASQ-3 Screening Status Summary Report is accessible in the Kaymbu app on your device or on the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Reports > Growth & Planning > ASQ Screening Status.

Please note that access to this report from a device is dependent on the size and orientation of your screen. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode in order to access the report. 

Viewing the ASQ-3 Screening Status Summary Report

Administrators can view the report for all children across their organization, while directors can view the report for their center. Teachers can view the screening status of all children assigned to their homeroom.

The report includes key child details, such as birthdate, screening group, and age interval. Each child’s information will also contain their current screening status. As families and/or staff complete the questionnaire, the status will be indicated as “For Review”, “In Progress”, or “Complete” accordingly. 

Users also have the ability to filter the data using the filter options at the top of the report. Information can be filtered by screening group, student, or age interval. 

Exporting the ASQ-3 Screening Status Summary Report

Users can download or print the ASQ-3 Screening Status Summary Report directly from the report page.

To download or print the report, simply click on the corresponding icons at the top of the page.
