ASQ-3 Screening Scores Overview

The ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report provides a comprehensive overview of child and screening information, along with each child’s individual results, including scores and cutoffs for each developmental category captured from questionnaire responses.

Accessing the ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report

The ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report is accessible to users from the Kaymbu app on their device or from the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Reports > Growth & Planning > ASQ-3 Screening Scores.

Please note that access to this report from a device is dependent on the size and orientation of your screen. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode in order to access the report. 

Viewing the ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report

Administrators can view ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report for children across all organizations, while directors can view the report for their center. Teachers can view the report for all children assigned to their homeroom.

The ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report provides a detailed view of screening results for each child organized by classroom. For each child, the report includes key information such as their birthdate, age interval, screening group, family access, and whether the questionnaire was completed by staff, family, or both. 

Each child's scores are then displayed for each developmental category (Communication, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Problem Solving, Personal-Social), alongside the applicable cutoff result for easy comparison. Child scores below the cutoff are highlighted in red.

The “Overall Area” category on the report provides a count of items identified as a “Concern” versus “No Concern”, giving users a quick snapshot of the child’s overall screening results.

Exporting the ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report

Users can download or print the ASQ-3 Screening Scores Report directly from the report page.

To download or print the report, simply click on the corresponding icons at the top of the page.
