ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Overview

The ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Report populates screening results for each developmental category based on questionnaire responses. The results are separated by age interval and include counts and percentages of screened categories that are above cutoff, within the monitoring zone, and below cutoff.

Accessing the ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Report

The ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Report is accessible in the Kaymbu app on your device or on the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Reports > Growth & Planning > ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category.

Please note that access to this report on a device depends on the size and orientation of your screen. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode in order to access the report. 

Viewing the ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Report

Administrators can view ASQ results for children across all organizations, while directors can view results for their center. Teachers can view the results of all children assigned to their homeroom.

The ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Report is divided by age interval, with results populating for each developmental category (Communication, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Problem Solving, Personal-Social), as well as any overall concerns reported.

The scores, reflected as Above, Close, or Below, include both a count and percentage of children for that age interval who received those scores for the developmental category.

Users can filter results as needed using the filter options at the top of the report. The data can be filtered by age interval or by scores.

Users can download or print the ASQ-3 Aggregate Results by Category Report directly from the report page.
