Weekly Templates Overview
Weekly Templates allow high-level users to create and assign pre-made weekly lesson grid templates. Grid sections can be customized, and lesson plans can be assigned to specific days of the week. Once a template is assigned to an Access Group, teachers can easily populate a week’s worth of pre-arranged lessons onto their Lesson Planner grid.

Default Sections
The Default Sections tool allows high-level users to create a Section Group containing pre-made Lesson Planner grid sections that can be reapplied to any Weekly Template. Rather than manually adding sections to each template over and over, the Default Sections tool will let you easily assign pre-made grid sections.
For example, you may want to create a Section Group that applies to all kindergarten classrooms. In this case, you can use the Default Sections tool to create a “Kindergarten” Section Group with Lesson Planner sections that are specific to their schedule.
Once you create a Section Group, you can select it when customizing a Weekly Template to automatically populate the lesson grid with the predefined sections. This helps streamline template creation and ensures consistency across lesson plans.
