Overview of Drop Off Notes Report
The Drop Off Notes Report compiles the family drop-off information submitted through the Kaymbu for Families app. The Drop Off Report shows each drop-off note or absence note submitted, with the most recent notes appearing first. This information can be used to track family liability checks and daily care handoff information for children.

Viewing Drop Off Notes Report
The report is organized by the most recent drop off note. For each note, you can see which student it is attached to, which family member added the note and the text of the note itself. If you have the liability check turned on, there will be a checkmark for each note with a signed liability check. You can hover over any checkmark to read the liability check language.
As shown below, by default, the report will show all notes added for the entities you have access to. As a teacher, it will show you the notes for children in your classroom, while it will show all students in a center or organization for administrators. You can use the “Students” filter at the top of the page to look at notes for a particular student or subset of students. Similarly, you can use the “Date” filter to look at notes submitted within a specific date range.
Please note that users can adjust the Drop Off Notes and Liability Check information on the Settings page. You can learn more about how to do so through the article Messaging Settings.
