What is the Live Care Activities Setting for Staff?
The Live Care Activities feature provides families with real-time notifications through the Kaymbu for Families app whenever a care activity is logged for their child. Daily Sheets users can enable this setting to allow families to receive immediate updates. Through the Live Care Activities feature, families will receive instant communication on their child’s bottle feedings, nap times, meals, and other care activities logged by staff throughout the day!

Accessing the Live Care Activities Setting for Staff
Users can access their Live Care Activities setting in the Kaymbu app on their device or on the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Settings > Family Communication > Daily Sheets > Enable Live Care Activities.
Customization
The Live Care Activities setting can be accessed at any user level. However, it is important to note that high-level users (administrators or directors) can configure access for lower-level users through the Family Communication Settings. If a high-level user disables customization, then lower-level users (such as teachers) will not be able to change their Live Care Activities setting.
Resources for Families
As families become familiar with the Live Care Activities feature, we recommend referring to the article "Live Care Activities Setting: For Families." This article will provide families with information about the feature and instructions for customizing their settings in the Kaymbu for Families app. Staff may also find the article informative, as it provides insight into how live care activity notifications function and appear to families.
