Overview of Moments Captured Report

The Moments Captured Report (formerly the Observations & Activities Report) is a quick and easy way for directors and administrators to track the number of Moments published for each student within their program. This report provides users with the total number of photos, videos, and anecdotes captured on a specific day, which allows them to quickly identify which students are missing documentation. Users can filter by shared observations or all published observations.

Accessing Moments Captured Report

The Moments Captured Report is accessible to users from the website my.kaymbu.com by navigating to Menu > Reports > Attendance & Activity > Moments Captured Report. Please note access to this from a device is dependent on the size and orientation of your screen. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode in order to access the report. 

Viewing Moments Captured Report 

Access to the Moments Captured Report is limited to directors and high-level users. Depending on your access level, the total number of organizations, centers, classrooms, and students for your program will be reflected accordingly.

Center View

When viewed from the center level, the report will provide a list of all classrooms within the center and the total number of students within each classroom.

Classroom View

When dialed down to the classroom level, the Moments Captured Report will list all active students within a particular classroom, as well as their attendance status for that day. The report will populate the number of Moments for each child, divided into the following categories: photos, videos, anecdotes, and the total number of observations.

By default, the Moments Captured Report will reflect the number of Moments captured for the current day. The report is generated by tracking the capture date of a Moment. To locate the capture date of a Moment, navigate to the Moments page and open a Moment. The capture date will be located at the top-left corner of the photo, video, or anecdote.

The Moments Captured Report from previous dates can also be accessed by clicking on the drop-down arrow or the left/right arrows located next to the date in the top-left corner of the report.

Filters

Users can filter the Moments Captured Report to include either all published observations or all published observations that were shared with families. By default, the filter settings are set to include all published observations. 

 To utilize this filter, simply click on the “Shared” filter at the top of the page and select between "All" or "Shared" observations.

Download and Print 

The Moments Captured Report can be easily downloaded directly from the report page. Located in the top right corner of the report, you will find the download and print icons. Users can select either option to export the information currently displayed on the screen.
