- From the account level, a high-level summary of organization totals will be viewable to Account Managers.

- From the center level, a high-level summary of classroom totals will be viewable to Directors.
- Lastly, from the classroom level, a high-level summary of student totals will be viewable by Teachers. Additionally, a more detailed report can be viewed, downloaded, and printed at the classroom level.
Using the Attendance Summary Report
Attendance Summary Report can be viewed at different levels within your program and is dependent on the type of user accessing the report.
Center View
When viewed from the center level, the report will show a list of all classrooms within the center, all of the dates within a particular month, and the count of children who were Present (indicated under the black checkmark) and Absent (indicated under the red X).
The total number of children "Present" represents the total number of children who were Checked In at any point during the day. If a child has been Checked In and subsequently Checked Out for the day, they will have been counted as "Present" for the day. The total number of children "Absent" represents the number of children who have either been marked as Absent, by the school or through the Family App via Family Submitted Absences, or have not been Checked In. Below the list of classrooms, users will find “Center Totals,” which calculates the total number of students Present and Absent within the center. The arrows located next to the date at the top of the Attendance Summary Report can also be used to navigate between different months.
Classroom View
When viewing the Attendance Summary Report at the classroom level, the report will show a list of all of the students within that classroom, all of the days within a particular month, and the count of children who were present (:heavy_check_mark:), absent (:x:), or not expected ( - ). From the classroom level, a more detailed view is also available by clicking on the totals at the bottom of the Attendance Summary grid:
