What is the Attendance Counts Report?
The Attendance Counts Report is available for Directors and Administrators who utilize the Attendance feature for their program. This report provides a record of the total number of staff and the total number of students at any particular location at a set timeframe throughout the day.

Accessing Attendance Counts Report
The Attendance Counts Report is accessible to Directors, Administrators, and Account Managers with the Attendance feature enabled. Users can access the Attendance Counts Report from the Kaymbu app on their device or from the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Attendance Counts Report. Users with the COR Advantage Assessment will find the Attendance Counts Report under Attendance & Activity. Please note that access to this from a device depends on your screen's size and orientation. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode to access the report.
Attendance Counts Report Features
At the top of the Attendance Counts Report page are three filter options that users can utilize to narrow down their search by selecting from time intervals, locations, and/or timeframes. The report can also be downloaded or printed by clicking on the download or print icon in the top-right corner of the page. By default, the Attendance Counts Report will display the staff and student count for the current day. However, users have the option to review the report for previous dates by navigating to the date on the top-left of the page and clicking on the arrows to make an alternate date selection.
Using Attendance Counts Report
Directors, Administrators, and Account Managers have the option to customize and filter the results of the Attendance Counts Report for their program. To do so, users can select from the following filter options located at the top of the page:
- Time Intervals: View the attendance count for staff and students every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour.
- Locations: View the attendance count for a specific classroom or a shared location.
- Timeframe: View the attendance count for staff and students within a specific time period of the day.
The report itself consists of four sections: the time of day, the ratio status, the number of staff, and the number of students. A checkmark (“✔”) in the ratio column signifies that the staff-to-student count at that particular time and location is within ratio, while a red “x” indicates that the staff-to-student count is out of ratio.
