Using the Attendance Forecast Report
The Attendance Forecast Report can be viewed at different levels within your program and is dependent on the type of user accessing the report.
Center View
When viewed from the center level, the report will show a list of all classrooms within the center, all dates within a particular month, and the count of children who are Expected (indicated under the blue dot) and Not Expected (indicated under the dash). The arrows located next to the date at the top of the Attendance Forecast Report can also be used to navigate between different months.
Below the list of classrooms, users will find “Center Totals,” which calculates the total number of students who are Expected and Not Expected within the entire center for that particular day.

When viewing the Attendance Forecast Report at the classroom level, the report will display a list of all students within that particular classroom, the students’ attendance schedule, and the daily projected attendance for the current month. At the bottom of the report, users will find a total count of all students who are Expected (indicated with a blue dot), Not Expected (indicated with a dash), and the total number of students for that particular classroom.
Please note that if a student happens to be present and is checked in through Attendance on days that are outside of their normal student schedule, the Attendance Forecast Report will not reflect those changes. Rather, data containing unscheduled attendance information can be found through the Unscheduled Attendance Report.
