What is the Name-to-Face Checks Report?
The Name-to-Face Checks Report provides a weekly summary of when and where each Name-to-Face Check was recorded for each child on each day. The Name-to-Face Check is a great tool to use after transitioning students from one location to the next and logs these actions into a report for directors to easily pull.

Using Name-to-Face Checks Report
By default, the Name-to-Face Checks Report will present a list of all students within a classroom and the current week’s dates. Users have the ability to view reports from previous weeks by clicking the arrow next to the date at the top of the page. Additionally, the option to include or exclude weekends in the report is available.
Within the report, an indication of “No checks” will be decrypted in red revealing that no name-to-face checks were recorded for that day. The most recent name-to-face-check will be in blue and will include the time and location. A blank cell will indicate that the date has not yet occurred.
Clicking on a recent name-to-face check will open up a detailed log for that particular student on that specific day. The log will include the time of all checks that occurred that day, the staff member who performed the check, the locations, and any applicable notes.
