What is the Unscheduled Attendance Report?
The Unscheduled Attendance Report populates the attendance data for students who were present on days outside of their expected attendance schedule. A student’s schedule is customized through a student’s profile on the Roster, allowing users to preset the recurring days for when there are expected or planned absences.

Accessing the Unscheduled Attendance Report
The Unscheduled Attendance Report is accessible to users with the Attendance feature enabled. Users can access the Unscheduled Attendance Report from the Kaymbu app on their device or from the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Reports > Unscheduled Attendance Report. Users with the COR Advantage Assessment will find the Unscheduled Attendance Report under Attendance & Activity. Please note that access to this from a device depends on your screen's size and orientation. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode to access the report.
Unscheduled Attendance Overview
The Unscheduled Attendance Report provides a monthly summary of students who are marked as “Present” through the Attendance feature on a day when they are not expected based on their student schedule. For additional information on how to access and customize a student’s schedule, click here.
This Report can be viewed at the account, organization, center, or classroom level by an Account Manager, Administrator, Director, or Teacher, respectively.
- From the account level, a high-level summary of organization totals will be viewable to Account Managers.
- From the organization level, a high-level summary of center totals will be viewable to Administrators.
- From the center level, a high-level summary of classroom totals will be viewable to Directors.
- Lastly, from the classroom level, a high-level summary of student totals will be viewable by Teachers. Additionally, a more detailed report can be viewed, downloaded, and printed at the classroom level.
Using the Unscheduled Attendance Report
The Unscheduled Attendance Report can be viewed at different levels within your program and is dependent on the type of user accessing the report.
Center View
When viewed from the center level, the report will show a list of all classrooms within the center and the total count of students with unscheduled attendance. The arrows located next to the date at the top of the Unscheduled Attendance Report can also be used to navigate between different months.
Classroom View
When viewing the Unscheduled Attendance Report at the classroom level, the report will display a list of students who were present outside of their attendance schedule. The data will include the student’s schedule, the day and date they were present, check-in and check-out timestamps, and the total duration they were present for that day.
