What is Offline Roster?
Kaymbu allows you to access your Roster even when your device is offline. This ensures that you always have student and staff information whenever you need it, regardless of your internet connection. If your device goes offline, you can continue to access your Roster without interruption.

Accessing Offline Roster
The Roster on Kaymbu can be accessed from the Kaymbu website (my.kaymbu.com) or the Kaymbu app on a tablet or mobile device.
When a device goes offline, users can continue to access their Roster on the Kaymbu app by navigating to Menu > Roster.
A prompt will appear to indicate that you are currently offline.
Viewing Offline Roster
When viewing your Offline Roster, you will notice a red banner at the bottom of the screen indicating that you are in “Offline Mode”, along with a “Last Updated” timestamp that details when your Roster information was last updated.
It is important to note that the information on your Roster is read-only and cannot be edited while you are offline.
Directors will be able to access Roster information for all classrooms, students, and staff within their center.
Teachers will have access to all students and teachers within their particular classroom.
Viewing Student Profiles While Offline
At a glance, when viewing a classroom Roster while offline, information such as student first and last name, allergy or Media Restricted badges, and birthdates can be seen.
You can then dial into a specific student’s profile to view additional details such as their basic information, program information, demographics, and family information.
Viewing Staff Profiles While Offline
At a glance, when viewing staff profiles on your Offline Roster, information such as the teacher's first and last name and email address is visible. You can then dial into a specific teacher's profile to view additional information, such as their role or level of access, and location or the classroom(s) they are assigned to.
