Overview of the Assessment Data Export Report

The Assessment Data Export Report allows you to download all assessment data for your students in a customizable, organized CSV file. Every piece of data, including student demographic information and observation scores, is included in the Data Export.  Users may decide to export their data at the end of each period for their own records.

Accessing Assessment Data Export Report

The Assessment Data Export Report is accessible for users with the COR Advantage assessment from the website my.kaymbu.com by going to Menu > Reports > Administration > Assessment Data Export. Please note, access to this from a device is dependent on the size and orientation of your screen. Your device must have at least 768 pixels and may need to be in landscape mode in order to access the report. 

Viewing the Assessment Data Export Report 

Users will be prompted to enter their email address and select the applicable school year, followed by selecting "Create CSV." Within an hour, users will receive an email with a link to download all of their data.

The information provided in the export is limited to the students you have access to within your Roster - this includes both active and archived students. Teachers would only see the information for the students in their classroom, while Account Managers, Administrators, and Directors would see the information for all students within their account, organization, or center.

The exported data will include all of the account and student demographic information, as well as the highest score for each COR Advantage learning item for each period. Each child with at least one scored observation within your account will have their own row of data.

Please note, it is not necessary to export your data each period, as COR Advantage allows unlimited data storage. That being said, many programs do choose to export their data each period to store it outside the system. The choice is yours to make!
