If a student leaves your classroom, you can Archive them within your account. This will not permanently delete their profile, but it will remove them from your current roster.
To Archive a student:
- Select the box to the left of the student's name.
- From the Options Menu (black bar at the top of the screen), click on the three dots.
- Choose Archive when prompted.

Once a student has been Archived, you have the option of completely deleting their profile.
- Navigate to the Archive section of My Classroom
- Select the box to the left of the student's name.
- From the Options Menu (black bar at the top of the screen), click on the three dots.
- Choose Delete when prompted.
Additionally, you can always restore an archived student. Simply click the arrow beneath "Restore" and select which classroom the student should be in! Restoring a student will ensure s/he appears on your Roster.
