FAQ
Q: Do Moments take up space on my device or computer?
A: No! Moments do not take up space on your computer and you do not need to delete them. See above for how to apply the date filter to give your account a fresh start. Drafts will take up storage in the app. If you need to clear storage space on the app, go to your Drafts page and discard any photos that you do not need for the next school year.
Q: Do I need to take any additional action on the Daily Note app?
A: No! The only thing you may want to do is recommend teachers uninstall and reinstall Daily Note, or log out and log back in to refresh the page. The updated Kaymbu Roster will automatically sync with Daily Note.
Q: How can I view old Portfolios?
A: Portfolios will always remain in student profiles and follow those students to the next classroom. If you need to find the Portfolio of a specific student, go to Roster, click on their student profile and you can access it there.
Q: Where can I find training resources for our new teachers?
A: You can access the Kaymbu webinar for new users by clicking here, or sign up for our free courses by visiting learn.kaymbu.com! This site hosts courses for both Kaymbu and COR users.
